Jeremy, Richard and James will be forking out for some used models from the infamous brand, before subjecting them to a series of tests designed to find out if they still have that special BL magic.
We'll also be taking a look at the new DBS from Martin, Aston Martin. Who knows, we might even get through the whole review without referring to a certain fictional secret agent. Damn!

Ενημέρωση για τον καρκίνο από το νοσοκομείο John Hopkins:
1. Κάθε άνθρωπος έχει καρκινικά κύτταρα στο σώμα του. Αυτά τα καρκινικά κύτταρα δεν φαίνονται στις συνήθεις εξετάσεις, εφόσον δεν έχουν πολλαπλασιαστεί σε ορισμένα δισεκατομμύρια. Όταν ο γιατρός διαβεβαιώνει τους καρκινοπαθείς ότι δεν υπάρχουν πλέον καρκινικά κύτταρα στο σώμα τους μετά από θεραπεία, αυτό σημαίνει απλώς ότι είναι αδύνατη η ανίχνευση των καρκινικών κυττάρων στις εξετάσεις τους, επειδή ο αριθμός τους δεν ανέρχεται καν στο ανιχνεύσιμο ποσό.
2. Καρκινικά κύτταρα εμφανίζονται από 6 έως και περισσότερες από 10 φορές στη ζωή ενός ανθρώπου.
3. Όταν το ανοσοποιητικό σύστημα ενός ατόμου είναι ισχυρό, τα καρκινικά κύτταρα καταστρέφονται και έτσι αποτρέπεται ο πολλαπλασιασμός τους και κατά συνέπεια ο σχηματισμός όγκων.
4. Όταν κάποιος έχει καρκίνο αυτό υποδεικνύει ότι παρουσιάζει πολλαπλές διατροφικές ελλείψεις. Κάτι τέτοιο μπορεί να οφείλεται σε γενετικούς, περιβαλλοντικούς και διατροφικούς παράγοντες, καθώς και στον τρόπο ζωής του ατόμου.
5. Για να ξεπεραστούν οι πολλαπλές διατροφικές ελλείψεις, πρέπει να αλλάξει η διατροφή και να συμπεριληφθούν συμπληρώματα, τα οποία θα ενισχύσουν το ανοσοποιητικό σύστημα.
6. Η χημειοθεραπεία έχει να κάνει με τη δηλητηρίαση των ραγδαία αναπτυσσόμενων καρκινικών κυττάρων, αλλά και με την καταστροφή των ραγδαία αναπτυσσόμενων υγειών κυττάρων στο μυελό των οστών, την γαστρεντερική οδό κ.λπ. και μπορεί να προκαλέσει οργανικές βλάβες, στο ήπαρ, τους νεφρούς, την καρδιά, τους πνεύμονες κ.λπ.
7. Η ακτινοβολία καταστρέφει τα καρκινικά κύτταρα και παράλληλα, καυτηριάζει, σημαδεύει και καταστρέφει υγιή κύτταρα, ιστούς και όργανα.
8. Η αρχική θεραπεία με ακτινοβολίες και χημειοθεραπεία συχνά μειώνει το μέγεθος ενός όγκου. Ωστόσο, η παρατεταμένη χρήση χημειοθεραπείας και ακτινοβολίας δεν έχει ως αποτέλεσμα την περαιτέρω καταστροφή ενός όγκου.
9. Όταν το σώμα φέρει υπερβολικό τοξικό φορτίο από χημειοθεραπείες και ακτινοβολίες, το ανοσοποιητικό σύστημα έχει είτε κατασταλεί είτε καταστραφεί, έτσι το άτομο μπορεί να υποκύψει σε διάφορα είδη μολύνσεων και επιπλοκών.
10. Η χημειοθεραπεία και η ακτινοβολία μπορούν να προκαλέσουν τη μετάλλαξη των καρκινικών κυττάρων, ούτως ώστε να γίνουν πιο ανθεκτικά με αποτέλεσμα να καταστρέφονται πιο δύσκολα. Οι χειρουργικές επεμβάσεις μπορεί να έχουν ως αποτέλεσμα την εξάπλωση των καρκινικών κυττάρων και σε άλλες περιοχές.
11. Ένας αποτελεσματικός τρόπος καταπολέμησης του καρκίνου είναι η εξασθένηση των καρκινικών κυττάρων, με το να μην τους παρέχεται η τροφή που χρειάζονται για να πολλαπλασιαστούν.
ΤΑ ΚΑΡΚΙΝΙΚΑ ΚΥΤΤΑΡΑ ΤΡΕΦΟΝΤΑΙ ΜΕ:
α. Η ζάχαρη τρέφει τον καρκίνο. Αφαιρώντας τη ζάχαρη από τη διατροφή μας απομακρύνουμε μία σημαντική πηγή ενέργειας από τα καρκινικά κύτταρα. Τα υποκατάστατα ζάχαρης, όπως τα Canderel, NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful κ.λπ. παράγονται από ασπαρτάμη, που είναι βλαβερή. Ένα καλύτερο φυσικό υποκατάστατο θα ήταν το μέλι Manuka ή οι μελάσες αλλά μόνο σε πολύ μικρές ποσότητες. Το επιτραπέζιο αλάτι περιέχει χημικές προσθήκες για να αποκτήσει το λευκό του χρώμα.
Καλύτερη εναλλακτική είναι μπαχαρικά τύπου Bragg's aminos ή θαλασσινό αλάτι.
β. Το γάλα κάνει το σώμα μας να παράγει βλέννα, ιδίως στη γαστρεντερική οδό. Ο καρκίνος τρέφεται από τη βλέννα. Διακόπτοντας το γάλα και υποκαθιστώντας το με γάλα σόγιας χωρίς προσθήκη γλυκαντικών, τα καρκινικά κύτταρα εξασθενούν.
γ. Τα καρκινικά κύτταρα ευδοκιμούν σε όξινα περιβάλλοντα. Μία διατροφή βασισμένη στο κρέας είναι όξινη. Είναι προτιμότερο να τρώμε ψάρι και λίγο κοτόπουλο, από ότι μοσχαρίσιο ή χοιρινό κρέας. Το κρέας περιέχει επίσης αντιβιοτικά, αυξητικές ορμόνες και παράσιτα που είναι όλα επιβλαβή, ειδικά για καρκινοπαθείς.
δ. Μία διατροφή που αποτελείται από 80% φρέσκους χυμούς και λαχανικά, σιτηρά ολικής αλέσεως, σπόρους, ξηρούς καρπούς και λίγα φρούτα σας βοηθά να δημιουργήσετε ένα αλκαλικό περιβάλλον στο σώμα σας. Το 20% μπορεί να αποτελείται από μαγειρεμένα γεύματα στα οποία να περιλαμβάνονται τα φασόλια. Οι χυμοί από φρέσκα λαχανικά παρέχουν ζωντανά ένζυμα που απορροφούνται εύκολα και φτάνουν στα κύτταρα μέσα σε 15 λεπτά τρέφοντας και ενισχύοντας την ανάπτυξη υγιών κυττάρων. Για την πρόσληψη ζωντανών ενζύμων και τη δημιουργία υγιών κυττάρων δοκιμάστε να πιείτε φρέσκο χυμό λαχανικών (από τα περισσότερα λαχανικά, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των βλαστών από τα φασόλια) και να φάτε ωμά λαχανικά 2 ή 3 φορές την ημέρα. Τα ένζυμα καταστρέφονται σε θερμοκρασίες άνω των 40 βαθμών Κελσίου (104 βαθμοί Φαρενάιτ).
ε. Αποφεύγετε καφέ, τσάι και σοκολάτα, τα οποία περιέχουν μεγάλη ποσότητα καφεΐνης. Το πράσινο τσάι είναι η καλύτερη εναλλακτική και έχει ιδιότητες κατά του καρκίνου. Νερό, καλύτερα καθαρισμένο ή φιλτραρισμένο, για την αποφυγή γνωστών τοξινών και βαρέων μετάλλων που περιέχονται στο νερό της βρύσης. Το αποσταγμένο νερό είναι όξινο και καλύτερα να αποφεύγεται.
12. Η πρωτεΐνη του κρέατος είναι δύσπεπτη και απαιτεί πολλά πεπτικά ένζυμα. Το άπεπτο κρέας που παραμένει στα έντερα αποσυντίθεται και έχει ως αποτέλεσμα μεγαλύτερη συσσώρευση τοξικών ουσιών.
13. Τα τοιχώματα των καρκινικών κυττάρων αποτελούνται από μία σκληρή πρωτεϊνική στιβάδα. Αποφεύγοντας ή μειώνοντας την κατανάλωση κρέατος απελευθερώνονται περισσότερα ένζυμα που επιτίθενται στα πρωτεϊνικά τοιχώματα των καρκινικών κυττάρων με αποτέλεσμα τα κύτταρα φονείς να μπορούν να τα καταστρέψουν.
14. Ορισμένα υποκατάστατα ενισχύουν το ανοσοποιητικό σύστημα (IP6, Flor ssence, Essiac, αντιοξειδωτικά, βιταμίνες, μεταλλικά στοιχεία, ουσιαστικά λιπαρά οξέα κ.λπ.). Άλλα υποκατάστατα όπως η βιταμίνη Ε είναι γνωστό ότι προκαλούν απόπτωση ή προγραμματισμένο κυτταρικό θάνατο, τη φυσιολογική μέθοδο του σώματος να απορρίπτει τα κατεστραμμένα, ανεπιθύμητα ή αχρείαστα κύτταρα.
15. Ο καρκίνος είναι μία ασθένεια του μυαλού, του σώματος και της ψυχής. Ένα ενεργό και θετικό πνεύμα θα βοηθήσει τον μαχητή του καρκίνου να επιβιώσει. Ο θυμός, η πικρία και τα δυσάρεστα συναισθήματα θέτουν το σώμα σε ένα αγχώδες και όξινο περιβάλλον. Μάθετε το πνεύμα σας να αγαπά και να συγχωρεί. Μάθετε να χαλαρώνετε και να απολαμβάνετε τη ζωή.
1 6. Τα καρκινικά κύτταρα δεν μπορούν να ευδοκιμήσουν σε οξυγονωμένα περιβάλλοντα. Η καθημερινή άσκηση και οι βαθιές αναπνοές βοηθούν στη διοχέτευση περισσότερου οξυγόνου στα κύτταρα. Η οξυγονοθεραπεία είναι μία ακόμα μέθοδος που χρησιμοποιείται για την καταστροφή των καρκινικών κυττάρων.

Ford Galardo...or Lamborghini Mustang???
Ford Mustang Equipped With Lamborghini Gallardo V10!
WTF? If this isn’t the weirdest Mustang you’ve ever seen, then please don’t hesitate to mail us with what is… The Tractorri Lamborghini Mustang, made its appearance at the 2007 SEMA Show earlier this month. John Haugh of Cleveland, Ohio built this custom creation starting with a new Lamborghini Gallardo and a new Mustang –we’re ready to faint now…
Underneath its modified Ford Mustang body, the car is equipped with the Gallardo’s mid-engined all-wheel drive powertrain meaning that this creation gets a 520 HP V10 engine and sequential shifting transmission!
The rear end of the car has been designed to imitate the Gallardo and it features a huge honeycomb mesh venting which allows us to get a peek of the cars hardware. Amazingly, Haugh also completely redecorated the interior to look like the Gallardo’s cabin.
According to the guys at “The Mustang News”, Haugh plans to drive the car regularly.

Ford Mustang Bullit Officially Revealed
Ahead of LA Show debut
Ford has been using movies to promote their cars for a long time now, and on the odd occasion Ford made it into a classic movie. 40 years ago Steve McQueen wrote history with an insane 7-minute car chase which was to set new standards in the business, in order to commemorate that achievement Ford is building 7,700 2008 Mustang Bullitt's. The new Bullitt features the latest FRT (Ford Racing Technology) gadgetry while sporting the original colour scheme and exhaust sound.
The new 2008 Ford Mustang Bullitt Limited Edition comes with an FRT fine-tuned 4.6 liter V8 delivering 315 hp and 325 lb-ft of torque, a modified chassis and suspension. And while the Bullitt is based on the Mustang GT, pretty much every feature has been adjusted for this limited edition. New shocks, struts, brakes have been added and maybe most interstingly a new open-element air filter, derived from Ford Racing and a first in a production Ford, drops ambient temperature from 50 degrees down to 17 degrees Fahrenheit allowing more horsepower and torque from the engine. Combine this with the unique live rear axle 3.73:1 gear to launch/fire the new Bullitt.
Of course the colour of the car will remain true to the original, Dark Highland Green. Surprisingly the Bullitt will also be available in black, which, in my humble opinion, defeats the purpose of this particular limited edition. Ford engineers have also managed to make the new Bullitt sound like the original Bullitt, a nice feature which will make plenty of hearts skip a few beats. The exhaust system features a dual-exhaust system with a new H-pipe specifically developed for Bullitt with 3.5 inch chrome tips. The new Bullitt rides on 18 inch cast-aluminum Euroflange wheels especially made for the Bullitt and has Dark Argent Gray spokes with a satin finish.
Also true to the original Bullitt is the total lack of badging on the car, including (or rather excluding) spoilers, scoops and even the iconic pony in the grill. The only badge you will find is on the gas-cap. The interior is rather minimalistic aswell featuring black leather upholstery with a hand-machined, aluminum swirl dash panel appliqué as the centre piece. “The 2008 Mustang Bullitt, like the movie car, is a wolf in sheep’s clothing,” said Doug Gaffka, chief designer.
The Bullitt will be in dealerships early next year and has an MSRP of USD 31,075.

Four decades after hitting the big screen and redefining the on-screen car chase, the Ford Mustang Bullitt returns to the streets in 2008, blending the best Mustang ever with the latest Ford Racing technology. This modern classic delivers a balance of power and performance, thanks to special chassis and suspension tweaks as well as the 315 horsepower and 325 pound-feet of torque that Bullitt delivers through its 4.6-liter V-8 engine.
“The 2008 Mustang Bullitt embodies the true spirit of the 1968 movie car,” said Derrick Kuzak, group vice president, Global Product Development. “Like the original Bullitt, this car dials the driving dynamics up a notch for Mustang enthusiasts who love the performance, handling and the sweet sound of Ford power that only Mustang can deliver.”
The 2008 Bullitt arrives in dealers early next year, with a starting MSRP of $31,075 (including destination and delivery) and limited production of 7,700 units for the U.S. and Canada. The launch of the limited edition 2008 Mustang Bullitt coincides with the 40th anniversary of the release of the Warner pos. Pictures film that gave the original car its name. In the movie, legendary actor Steve McQueen drove a Dark Highland Green 1968 Mustang GT that gained cult status among Mustang enthusiasts, thanks to a seven-minute scene that film and car buffs believe defined the modern movie car chase.
Bullitt Chassis Delivers a Balance of Performance and Comfort
Ford engineers modified the 2008 Mustang Bullitt’s chassis and suspension to fine-tune handling and ensure the extra horsepower and torque from the 4.6-liter V-8 is put to good use. The live rear axle uses a unique 3.73:1 gear that helps launch the Bullitt with vigor. Stock Mustang GT shocks and struts were swapped out for new units that allowed engineers to dial in a more aggressive driving dynamic while still maintaining the outstanding ride and balance of the base Mustang GT. A tower-to-tower pace designed specifically for the Bullitt lends additional torsional and lateral stiffness to the chassis for improved cornering and holds a unique serial number for each Bullitt.
“The 2008 Mustang Bullitt delivers balanced performance,” said Paul Randle, chief engineer. “Comfort is not compromised for performance. Performance is on demand. You can easily take Bullitt from the track to the street and back onto the track with confidence.”
The pakes also have been improved versus the base Mustang GT’s. More aggressive front pads were developed specifically for Bullitt and improve fade resistance and pedal feel. The 2008 Mustang Bullitt wears unique cast-aluminum Euroflange wheels, offering a modern twist on the original movie car. The Dark Argent Gray spokes feature a satin finish, while a pight-machined lip completes the look. Calipers are colored to match the wheel. The wheels are wrapped in the same P235/50ZR 18 BF Goodrich g-Force T/A KDWS tires used on Mustangs at the Ford Racing High Performance Driving School at Miller Motorsports Park in Utah.

Bullitt packs firepower under the hood. The 4.6-liter, 3-valve V-8 delivers 315 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 325 pound-feet of torque at 4,250 rpm. Engine calipation is designed to increase throttle response for a snappier acceleration feel. The redline has been boosted by 250 rpm to 6,500, with top-end speed bumped to 151 miles-per-hour. Gears are selected via a Tremac 5-speed manual transmission, and the shifter is topped with a polished aluminum shift ball designed specifically for the 2008 Bullitt.
The car features the first use of an open-element air filter in a factory-produced, fuel-injected Mustang. Inspired by Ford Racing, the intake is tucked neatly behind the driver side headlamp, mounted in an air box that was tooled up specifically for the Mustang. The hood liner was extensively modified to provide a full seal to the air box, ensuring that the engine is fed a steady diet of cooler air.
“Colder air reduces intake losses,” said Randle. “The new cold-air intake has shown a reduction in rise over ambient temperature from 50 degrees down to 17 degrees Fahrenheit. That equates to more horsepower and more torque in all driving conditions.”
Engine performance is further enhanced through the use of an innovative adaptive spark ignition system, new for the 2008 Mustang. The system can sense, within a few seconds, what type of fuel is being injected into the motor and adjusts the spark to provide maximum torque at any given speed – and as much as 10 pounds-feet more between 1,000 and 4,000 rpm. Bullitt can run on either premium or regular fuel. Ford recommends premium fuel for optimum performance, but the adaptive spark ignition will adjust the spark to burn regular fuel without damaging the engine.
“With all the improvements we’ve made to the engine and the taller 3.73-to-1 rear gear, the Bullitt will plant you firmly in the driver’s seat when you stand on the throttle. We’ve seen zero to 60 times drop by up to three tenths of a second,” said Randle. “There’s also plenty of power on tap at any speed. The car definitely feels lighter on its feet, and it is.”
The custom-designed exhaust system continues Mustang’s traditional use of a true dual-exhaust system with a new H-pipe specifically developed for Bullitt. The all-new mufflers, featuring larger 3.5-inch chrome tips (versus the 3-inch tips on the standard Mustang GT) are tuned to minimize backpressure, maximize horsepower and provide the Bullitt with its powerful exhaust note.
“We wanted to get the exhaust note as close to the original movie car as possible, so we based it on a digitally mastered DVD,” said Randle. “We wanted something that would rumble your heart, literally buzz you – and the Bullitt team delivered.”

UK: Register Your Rolls-Royce As A Cab And Shun London’s Congestion Charge!
When there’s a will, there’s a way. Brit site “Cleangreencars” has concluded an investigation concerning a large number of expensive luxury cars that have been registered as private hire vehicles in London to avoid paying the Congestion Charge. All it takes is to pay an £82 ($170 or €117) application fee and £27 ($56 or €38) per year licence, and the owner of an Aston Martin can avoid paying a daily £8 ($16 or €11) Congestion Charge –planned to rise to £25 ($52 or €36) per day for such vehicles in 2008! -Continued after the jump

Taken for a Ride: the strange world of London minicabs
The last time you booked a minicab, were you picked by up by a £117,500 Bentley Continental, or perhaps a £77,100 Maserati Quattroporte? No? Well, according to figures obtained by Clean Green Cars, you were unlucky. In London there are two Quattroportes registered as minicabs and no less than 17 Bentley Continentals, not to mention three Maybach 62s (combined value: £900,000) and an Aston Martin DB7.
It seems incredible, but there appears to be nothing to stop owners of cars registering them as private hire vehicles - and thereby avoiding the Congestion Charge. Transport for London (TFL) has no criteria for suitability apart from an MOT certificate, as proven by the eight Mercedes SL models registered as private hire vehicles (to give minicabs their official title). How can a car which has no back seat possibly qualify as a private hire vehicle?
When we questioned TFL about the list of cars, their answer bordered on the surreal. "Having looked through the list...there are a couple of vehicles which might seem surprising - e.g. Transit vans" said a member of staff. Er, no. A Transit is one of the least surprising vehicles on the list, considering that Ford markets a specific private hire version called Tourneo. How could a Transit be more surprising than a Rolls Royce Phantom in the eyes of TFL? A spokesperson went on to say, "The Public Carriage Office (PCO), in conjunction with the Congestion Charging unit, undertakes regular checks to verify that licensed vehicles are being used for the purposes for which they were licensed. If information were brought to light to suggest abuse of the system, Transport for London and the Public Carriage Office would investigate this fully." May we suggest the following?
According to Glass's Guide, the car valuation experts, a Maybach costs £5 per mile in depreciation before you factor in fuel (around 10 mpg in central London) and servicing. How exactly do you run a Maybach as a private hire car when a London taxi charges less than £3 per mile?
A minicab without a usable back seat might be considered a contradiction in terms. Apart from the Mercedes SL and the Aston Martin DB7, there are also such gems as a Jaguar XK and a BMW 6 Series.
In urban London, there appears to be a boom in luxury off-road cabs: there are now over 100 registered, including two Porsche Cayennes, six Mercedes MLs and a Nissan Patrol. Why would a minicab operator choose a vehicle that is heavier, thirstier and more expensive than a conventional saloon with the same amount of space? The odd Range Rover for a luxury hotel is believable, but six Toyota Land Cruisers?
Despite the self-evident absurdity, there appears to be no end in sight for the supercab. Certainly there are plenty of financial incentives to get your shiny, expensive luxury car registered as one. It costs £82 for the application and inspection and £27 per year for the license. All private hire vehicles over 12 months must pass an MOT every six months. That compares to £8 per day for the Congestion Charge - but of course that figure is due to go up to £25 per day in 2008 for cars emitting over 225 g/km of CO2. Stand by for yet more Range Rovers, Jaguars and Rolls-Royces to be licensed as minicabs. Just don't count on one whisking you home at 2 am after a big night out.

Milan Baros Breaks Speed Violation Record In France
Czech soccer star, Milan Baros is facing a hefty fine and the risk of loosing his driver’s licence for three years after being caught by French Police doing 271 km/h or 168 mph with his Ferrari on the A42 highway near the city of Lyon. According to local newspaper “Le Progress”, police we’re quoted as saying that Lyon’s (French soccer team) striker had broken the speeding record for that French region, previously set by a motorcyclist in the year 2000 when he was clocked doing 248 km/h or 154 mph.
